Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a Finance Coordinator in our Global Procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Our Global Procurement team is responsible for sourcing and managing the company's procurement needs across the globe. As a Finance Coordinator, you will work closely with category leads and other stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and estimates. You will also be responsible for contract management, productivity project process, and supplier diversity reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and estimates in partnership with global and domestic category leads.
  2. Support contract management process, including review and approval of contracts, contract logs, obligation reporting, and SOX controls.
  3. Support productivity project process, including review and approval of projects, project logs, powersteering reporting, framework application, and insights.
  4. Ensure business information and insights are communicated efficiently, timely, and accurately.
  5. Report supplier diversity spend across PepsiCo US Business Units.
  6. Engage with key internal stakeholders, including the Supplier Diversity team, Global Procurement commercial teams, Financial Planning, Control, and Systems Support.
  7. Support submissions for company recognition awards relating to Supplier Diversity, troubleshooting, and maintaining reporting integrity across various systems.
  8. Develop knowledge of Supplier Diversity supplier base and how it relates to driving PEP's business results and fulfilling PEP's Performance objectives.
  9. Create analysis and reporting models to tell the story with data.
  10. Perform ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Coordinator with a strong background in finance, accounting, or business. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  2. 2-3 years of finance experience with FP&A experience.
  3. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with a high level of proficiency in systems and processing large volumes of data.
  4. Ability to work with multiple teams to create accurate and timely deliverables.
