We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Planning Analyst to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for executing warehouse operations with a focus on service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and legal requirements compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between SAP and the warehouse management system.
- Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPIs, introducing corrective measures as needed.
- Work with service providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of trading partners, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management.
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects and tenders.
- Develop and provide full-cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
- Desire to drive career growth and accelerate professional development.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
