**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Intern/Student Accounting to support our Shared Services Center in a global team. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks, including:

  • Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices
  • Data entry with different currencies
  • Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions
  • Customer's Collection
  • Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors
  • Creation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos, and customer statements
  • Verification and application of customer payments
  • Assist in Accounting month end close process

**Responsibilities**

As an Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with third-party customers and with our ZF operating units
  • Providing strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Communicating effectively both orally and in writing
  • Using MS Office and knowledge in SAP system (a plus)

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree, or other related field
  • Experience not required, but strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
