We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Inalfa Roof Systems, a world leading supplier of OEM automotive roof systems.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and services for our production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with market leaders in the automotive industry and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Achieve annual cost reduction objectives through negotiation, resourcing, and value engineering.

Plan, organize, direct, and control activities related to procurement functions.

Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability.

Prepare market analysis reports and utilize appropriate cost analysis techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.

Select and maintain suppliers that provide high-quality products and services at a competitive price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.

Negotiate relevant contracts and set suppliers' selection/strategy in line with Purchasing Council and CPO.

Foster synergies between Regional Commodity and Project Purchasing to identify opportunities for further cost reductions.

Make use of SMS reports and supplier risk management tools to set supplier strategy.

Negotiate best terms and conditions and provide quarterly reports identifying activities, accomplishments, and commodity strategy.

Collaborate with Supplier Quality Department in supplier development, audits, and strategic business reviews.

Support project teams during kick-off review meetings and proactively manage regional change management processes.

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
