About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors ECP Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, realization, and go-live of customer implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, and realization of customer implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
  • Provide creative solutions to address problems.
  • Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years Domain experience.
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
  • Good knowledge on Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
  • HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge on Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and the rest of SF suite components is desirable.
  • Experience in project management is desirable.
  • Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
  • Good Presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Able to work in an intercultural team.
