Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Administrator to join our team at Nuvit Service. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our ADFS and PKI programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage and maintain our Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with Azure AD.
  • ADFS Support: Provide first-line support for Active Directory Domain Service (AD DS) and ADFS, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • PKI Certificate Management: Maintain and manage PKI certificates for end-users and devices.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Monitor ADFS/AD DS environments to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the organization.
  • Collaboration and Support: Participate in SWAT and incident-related calls with application areas, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
  • Change Management: Assist in creating and scheduling changes required for infrastructure tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Organizational Unit Management: Experience with managing organizational units, including creating, modifying, and deleting units as needed.
  • GPO Administration: Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and their application in managing user and computer settings.
  • Domain User Support: Experience in supporting domain users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user accounts and permissions.
  • Domain Architecture: Understanding of domain architecture, including knowledge of domain controllers, forests, and trees.
  • Infrastructure Technology: Experience with managing and administering at least one infrastructure technology, such as UNIX or Windows.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of Power Query. Advanced level English language skills, with technical English proficiency required.
Competencies and Skills
  • Technical Expertise: 2-3 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical or helpdesk role, with a strong understanding of Active Directory and related technologies.
  • Infrastructure Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology, such as UNIX or Windows.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
