**Job Summary**:

We are seeking an experienced Collections Supervisor to join our team at Citi. As a Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of collectors and other support staff who work on accounts with minor delinquency or are in early stage collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the performance of assigned support staff to achieve required service levels and performance goals.

- Use expert negotiation skills to resolve escalated calls and manage the integrity and confidentiality of recorded information within computerized collection systems.

- Train and coach collectors to develop their skills and knowledge.

- Guide support staff in achieving resolutions for complex problems that are consistent with established procedures and policies.

- Contribute to all training and development needs for assigned personnel and evaluate subordinates' performance to make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.

**Qualifications**:

0-2 years experience in a related role with limited experience in people management and a Bachelor's degree.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Conocimientos en cobranza mínimo 2 años

- Lectura e interpretación de indicadores básicos referentes a productividad

- Trabajo en equipo

- Trabajo bajo presión

- Interacción con proveedores externos (se realizarán visitas)

- Realización de reportería

- Manejo de Excel intermedio (bases, cruces, tablas dinámicas, reportes, etc)
