Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Door Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Door Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
- Identify and explain room features to guests
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
- Supply guests with directions
- Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
