**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Commercial Manager to join our team at Autozone. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth in one or more categories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to identify market needs and capitalize on opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive category growth and profitability;
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer visits to stay ahead of the competition;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize product offerings;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, and events;
- Manage and maintain planograms, store displays, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes;
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the team;
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- 5-7 years of experience in category management, sales, or a related field;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and negotiation skills;
