Job Summary:

Lear Corporation is a leading global automotive supplier, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sox Champion Divisional to join our team. As a Sox Champion Divisional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze internal controls in C&S plants to ensure compliance with internal procedures and guides.
  • Coordinate with Sox Champions in quarterly Sarbanes Oxley Certification.
  • Prepare and monitor deficiencies reported in corporate (SOX monitor).
  • Coordinate in development and presentation of information in FOA and BSR audits.
  • Monitor observations and areas of opportunity detected in audits.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of minimum experience in a similar position.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience in audits, experience in an office or firm.
  • Initiative, leadership, and development skills.
