Sales Performance Manager

**Sales Excellence**
Royal Caribbean International seeks a Sales Performance Manager to drive sales performance and development in our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our trade sales strategy, achieving Guest Revenue and APD targets across the total account portfolio.
Key responsibilities include managing marketing investment and other budgets to maximize return on investment, developing commercial strategies to generate increased sales performance for accounts with development opportunities, and creating awareness in Travel Partners on Royal Caribbean products and its most effective sales tools services.
The Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing needs and developing strategic commercial action plans for assigned portfolio
- Tracking execution of strategic sales growth plans
- Resolving and following up on operational requests from customers and Sales Team to facilitate the achievement of customized sales goals and Key Performance Indicators
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Influential and strong persuasion skills and ability to influence accounts
- Proven ability to sell
Additionally, the Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for:
- Performing other duties as required
- Ensuring a consistent and proactive level of service is provided to each account and all actions are documented and followed up
- Analyzing account performance data to present compelling commercial propositions to key accounts
The Sales Performance Manager will be a high-performance team member with strong organizational skills, leadership and customer service skills, relationship-building skills, and analytical skills.
Requirements include:
- University degree
- Office Package proficiency (Excel and Word)
- 3+ years of experience in the sales industry
- Experience in the tourism industry
- Advanced English Level
