Job Summary

As a key member of the Sanmina Corporation team, the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining accurate records of received goods.
  • Examines and rejects unsatisfactory items, ensuring only high-quality materials are used in our production processes.
  • Lifts heavy items and operates a forklift, demonstrating physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Posts weights and shipping charges, preparing goods for final shipment and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Examines, stocks, and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • May prepare kitting packages for assembly production, requiring attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Requirements

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
