Key Responsibilities- Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements and specifications.
- Support initiatives involving multiple functions and project teams to drive process improvement for products or process changes.
- Collect, consolidate, and chart data from testing and process results to identify trends and issues; apply root-cause analysis techniques.
- Develop documentation in accordance with provided plans and specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
- Support project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
