As a Sales Consultant with Remote Team Solutions, you will be working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized recommendations for debt relief solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers over the phone to review their options and provide recommendations for debt relief.
  • Communicate clearly and honestly with clients about their situation and available options.
  • Process electronic agreements and manage the lead pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Document client interactions and update customer status in the system.
  • Enroll qualified clients into our debt relief program, adhering to all compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Phone sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
  • Results-driven and competitive, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team player.
  • Tech savvy, with proficiency in computers and data entry.
  • Resilience under pressure, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and challenging client situations.
