**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Process Engineer Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of thermal processes for our products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and validation of thermal profiles for various thermal machines, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and material requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce non-conformities and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Provide support in the reception and validation of thermal processes, ensuring adherence to Bosch standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve thermal process-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain golden samples for thermal profiles, including design, fabrication, acceptance validation, and release.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new processes and specifications.
  • Participate in global process meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide training to engineers and technicians to address gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Support quality and customer audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Validate new product introductions and new line launches, establishing process parameters and production release.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of thermodynamics and experience in convection technologies and UV curing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of thermal profile creation and software for thermal profilometers (Fluke & Ebro).
  • Experience with brands such as Rehm, Ceracon, Mass, and SMT.
