Operations Coordinator

In the role of Operations Handler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient package handling within our operations. This position involves manual handling, sort activities, screening, and completing related administrative tasks.

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Operations Handler. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe and timely delivery and pickup of packages
• Inspecting packages for proper labeling, weight, size, wrapping, and insurance values
• Preparing necessary paperwork, including airway bills and delivery records
• Loading and unloading company aircraft and vehicles safely
• Auditing package sizes and weights, and sorting efficiently

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and basic English skills are essential. Experience operating ramp equipment is preferred, along with the ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds.
