Job Summary

Nike is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead the warehousing and distribution operations in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including inbound, storage, pick-pack, shipping, and reverse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the warehousing and distribution teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize storage capacity
  • Ensure compliance with Nike's quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on warehousing and distribution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain management software
