Job Title: Supervisor De Mesa De Control Fiduciario

The Supervisor De Mesa De Control Fiduciario is a critical role within Citi's Transaction Services Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a medium-sized unit of support employees, working closely with the Transaction Capture team to improve processes, interpret data, prepare reports, and minimize bank risk through adherence to audit and control policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, and Foreign Exchange teams.
  • Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments, and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operation.
  • Supervise the daily workflow for a medium Transaction Services Operations unit that performs exception processing.
  • Solve unique transaction services issues/problems and recommend new work procedures through an understanding of current procedures.
  • Evaluate team performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
  • Ensure task quality of the team and solve issues based on information analysis.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
