We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Safran. As a Chemical Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct chemical cleaning of aircraft engine parts and modules, adhering to quality requirements and aeronautical regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement within daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with Client Requirements and Quality and HSE requirements and policies.
- Ensure compliance with the activities assigned according to the plan (PAC / MPS).
- Guarantee that equipment and tools are in good service conditions, within calibration, and perform periodic inspection before use (autonomous maintenance).
- Keep the parts without metal-metal contact, ensuring the protection of the engine parts upon entry, during, and at the end of the repair, as well as their correct identification at all times.
- Load and ensure the correct recording of horoquartz times according to the tasks assigned daily, and report to the supervisor any anomalies detected in loads.
- Ensure that material with an expiration date is within limits before use.
- Maintain the work area clean and orderly.
- Ensure that at the end of the shift, the work in progress is documented to ensure continuity of work.
- Support and ensure that the IGP - 5's - Spot audit QRQC audit plan actions are completed.
- Support the supervisor and coordinator in delegated tasks.
- Confirm all tasks carried out each time their execution is completed.
- Keep the CPs in order and report any expiration anomalies, non-readable labels, and non-legible security codes.
- Ensure that all work is carried out with quality in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Handle hand tools.
- Know cleaning equipment or similar processes.
