We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Business Service Operations (BSO) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Receivable department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a strong customer-oriented service culture within the AR department.
  • Issue and post credit notes and debit notes, as well as process and clear CTTs.
  • Monitor VFX03/04 for stuck billing documents and ensure the creation of invoices meets SLA for all markets.
  • Support Auditor's requests and collaborate with Market Finance Controllers to enhance claims processes.
  • Perform optimization initiatives within own functional areas and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good relationships with senior partners and customers to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Approximately 5+ years of demonstrated working experience in the Finance function, preferably with experience in international accounting.
  • Experience in working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.
  • Significant business and market understanding (experience) both at operational and tactical levels.
  • Personal drive and initiative, excellent collaboration skills, and proven ability to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas or other key partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Good influencing skills to garner partner support.
  • Good crisis management skills and the ability to contain issues effectively with problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in making informed and justifiable decisions for own functional area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Fully bilingual.
