Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Language Link. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters and providing exceptional support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from clients requiring interpreter services for appointments
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to client inquiries
  • Data entry into our database to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Coordinate with available interpreters to fill assignments and provide them with necessary information

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable hardwired internet connection
  • A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (not a Mac or Chromebook)
  • Two plug-in uninterruptible power supplies for your computer and internet router

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and database software

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $6.00 USD, with the potential for higher earnings based on performance.
