Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a global sourcing strategy for indirect materials and services, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Establish a holistic logistics and freight strategy, optimizing efficiency and reducing transportation costs across complex delivery networks.
- Spearhead the digital transformation of sourcing and logistics processes, leveraging technologies to improve spend visibility, analytics, and supplier management.
- Build and lead a high-performance team of indirect sourcing, logistics, and freight professionals, creating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a substantial portion in a global leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant cost reductions and process improvements within multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of indirect spend categories such as MRO, IT, facilities, professional services, marketing, and travel.
- Deep expertise in international freight forwarding, logistics management, and customs regulations.
- Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages a strong advantage.
