About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to customers for Oracle's cloud-based products, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to advise on complex use cases and manage critical customer issues.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's cloud products and provide training to other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 3-8 years of experience with Oracle OAF and integration with Oracle ERP, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
