Job Title: MIS Coordinator

BRP is seeking a highly skilled MIS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive functionality of our Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) used in all manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes of our plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the skills and competencies of the MIS team.
  • Coordinate the activities of the MIS team to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the RAM team to increase their knowledge of advanced software applications.
  • Promote creativity and innovation throughout the site to improve safety, quality, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Evaluate the progression of the MIS team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage and implement equipment and applications of integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure equipment is working and in good condition.
  • Interact and evaluate alternative system solutions that meet established requirements.
  • Lead and challenge the development and implementation of technological pokayoke.
  • Responsible for electrical and functional tests (software and electronic problems).
  • Influence R&D and strategic team.
  • Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for your function in relation to ISO.
  • Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
  • Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
  • Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
