About the Role

We're seeking a Logistics Engineer to join our team. As a Logistics Engineer, you'll work closely with our internal logistics team and suppliers' network to determine and implement new processes that meet BRP's needs and changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new plant and warehouse layouts to increase internal material handling efficiency
  • Support the implementation of the KANBAN process with the logistics team in the new assembly plant, including warehouse inventory management and delivery route definition
  • Identify process inefficiencies and correct them under the supervision of the logistics project manager
  • Prepare feasibility studies, budget provisions, and ensure proper follow-up
  • Coordinate auxiliary projects and perform activities related to safety
  • Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 2015

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of two to 4 years in internal material handling experience (as per plant layout design)
  • Strong project management skills, budget tracking experience, and bilingual (English, Spanish) skills
  • Knowledge in Excel, AutoCAD, and Six Sigma skills
  • Strong analytical skills, drive, and motivation, with good punctuality and responsibility
