Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Treasury team. This dynamic role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and developing technical solutions to support our Treasury projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications for Treasury projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Leverage data analysis and stakeholder feedback to inform business decisions
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including software vendors and internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury functions, including FX, Trading, Derivatives, Cash Management, Payments, and Wires
  • Hands-on experience with creating Agile artifacts, documents, and process maps
  • Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments
