Job Summary
The Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for accelerating sales in the market through the development and execution of plans and promotions at the point of sale, as well as understanding the trends and patterns of buyers and clients in the assigned channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze patterns, trends, and insights of shoppers in each category at the point of sale to contribute to the understanding of the market and the identification of growth opportunities.
- Provide information regarding the identified actions necessary to meet objectives at the point of sale within the assigned channel.
- Maximize marketing campaigns at the point of sale to achieve the greatest impact on the consumer.
Requirements
- Business Bachelor Degree or similar.
- Fluid English Business Level.
- Experience in FMCG companies, preferably in pharmaceutical and retail channels.
- 4-5 years of solid experience managing pharmaceutical and retail stores.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced or Intermediate fluid Excel level.
