Quality Assurance Engineer for Know Your Client Processes

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Know Your Client (KYC) team at ING Bank. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and functional analysis to create test plans and design test cases.
  • Develop and execute sanity and functional/non-functional tests, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
  • Update and maintain integration (regression) test plans and report on test results.
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of the development process and provide support for production and UAT incidents.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Quality Assurance tester.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps.
  • Intermediate-level SQL skills or higher.
  • Knowledge of SpecFlow (Cucumber), Gherkin, and GIT.
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
  • Abstract thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize work.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer orientation and flexibility in proceedings.
  • High standards of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust.
