As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of receiving, shipping, and logistics operations, guaranteeing timely shipments and meeting customer requirements.

About the Job:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, interfacing with functional areas to maximize efficiencies and ensure a smooth flow of goods.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, scheduling, and assigning employees, following up on work results, and ensuring adherence to safety rules.
  • Manage traffic functions, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring all documentation and functions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate materials delivery and ensure timely shipments, monitoring and assessing customer requirements to prevent defective products.
  • Review and approve warehouse costs and expenses, assisting in budget preparation.

About You:

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade Compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
