Global Sales Growth Manager

Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to lead recruitment and growth of third-party Sellers across key product categories on Amazon North America marketplace. As a seasoned sales expert, you will drive new Seller life cycle across lead generation and qualification, recruitment, account management, and seller success/growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help recruit top-performing Selling Partners who deliver competitive selection, pricing, and product availability to our Customers.
- Analyze data to develop a strategic recruitment plan and define the value proposition for selling on Amazon.
- Review and monitor performance of Amazon's sellers to provide consulting advice on business growth, including promotional planning.
- Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers, using these insights to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and status of prospective Sellers, as well as respond to business forecasts.
- Meet or exceed operational metrics for managed accounts and provide valuable feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and cold-call companies.
- Fluency in English (written, spoken, and read).
- Highly analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum based on experience.
