We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team at Under Armour. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving retail excellence in our stores.

- Salary: $8,360.00 - $9,240.00 per hour
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Team Leader will include:
- Leading a Selling Culture: You will be responsible for leading a selling culture that aligns with our company values and that drives sales growth.
- Coaching and Developing Team Members: You will work closely with our store teams to coach and develop their skills and to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Managing Loss Prevention and Safety: You will be responsible for managing loss prevention and safety in our stores and for ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Opening and Closing Stores: You will be required to open and close stores on a regular basis and to ensure that all tasks are completed.
To be successful as a Sales Team Leader at Under Armour, you will need to have:
- Leadership Experience: You will have experience of leading a team and of developing others.
- Retail Experience: You will have experience of working in a retail environment and of managing sales teams.
- Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to Work Flexibly: You will be able to work flexibly and to adapt to changing situations.
