Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join its North America Tax department, working remotely from Mexico. This role will be based in Mexico and will play a crucial part in driving process improvements and automation within the Tax department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with various groups in the Tax department to gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, and other analytical techniques to understand its goals and processes.
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation using tools such as Tableau Prep and other available software.
- Prepare accurate and complete supporting computations and documentation for tax positions, utilizing Tableau Prep to manage large amounts of data from multiple sources.
- Support various projects as required to deliver tax or business objectives, working cross-functionally with multiple departments and regions.
- Maintain tax and business software systems, where applicable.
- Support the Tax department in all aspects of tax compliance, tax accounting, and audits.
Requirements:
- English advanced required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounting or Finance or Business Operations experience required.
- Experience with Tableau Prep is required.
