About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our Technology Adoption team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT QA, with at least 4 years of experience in a QA managerial role. They will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with product teams to ensure standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across these teams.

Key responsibilities will include leading QA process documentation, POD team enablement, QA audit workflow and scoring, project/support quality auditing, post-audit reporting, and remediation support. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in technology consulting, including QA automation, CI/CD, web, API, mobile, performance testing strategy, and load test planning consultancy.

Additionally, they will be responsible for managing QA tools, including Tosca, Neoload, GitHub, CI/CD pipeline, QA test lab servers, infrastructure administration, and license management. A strong understanding of industry-standard best practices and process standardization is essential.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Manager who can lead our Technology Adoption team to success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT QA, with at least 4 years in a QA managerial role
  • Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable
