Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Oversee the implementation of inventory control procedures, including physical inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with office employees to manage daily, weekly, and monthly workload to ensure optimal operations.
- Provide training and coaching to subordinate employees on safety procedures, ISO policies, and other relevant topics.
- Implement process improvements and lead teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of distribution management experience.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Previous management experience, with ability to lead, supervise, and train employees.
- Manufacturing, assembly, or electrical experience is a plus.
This position requires working in a plant/warehouse environment, with exposure to potentially hazardous materials. Precautions are taken to reduce the risk of exposure and ensure employee safety.
