Travel Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our dynamic team of sales experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business from leisure tour operators and travel agents in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities- Business Generation: Utilize sales skills and Kuoni Tumlare's extensive network to establish strong customer relationships and drive Group Travel business.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with local offices to ensure seamless business operations.
- Product Development: Investigate and promote new travel products or activities in coordination with destination offices.
- Sales Initiatives: Participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and tradeshows to drive revenue growth.
- Client Management: Achieve sales targets by successfully managing client portfolios and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies in the leisure travel market to drive business growth.
- Education: Degree in Tourism and Travel-related field or relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in developing leisure travel accounts and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry and market situation is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF), and presentation experience.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations, and deliver excellent service.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and foster strong relationships internally.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for sales trips, trade shows, and FAM trips approximately 25% of the time.
- Language: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
