As a Flooring Production Specialist at Kronospan, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality laminate flooring. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining press and saw equipment, tracking raw materials, and ensuring the quality of finished products. To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain press and saw equipment
  • Track raw materials and monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure the quality of finished products through visual and manual inspections
  • Meet physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting
