Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for supervising cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of related work experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff
- Determine how food should be presented and create decorative displays
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
