Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst at Watkins Wellness plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to provide data and analytics support to the organization. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), this individual works with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the optimal functionality and user experience of the HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, develop, document, and manage HRIS-related projects and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, representing P&C activities related to HRIS and employee data and analytics.
  • Engage in troubleshooting of system issues and offer long-term solutions and improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS by performing regular audits and updates, and identifying and correcting the root causes of data errors in systems that are downstream from Workday.
  • Manage Workday permissions and role levels, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy policies.
  • Generate reports and perform analyses to support decision making and compliance requirements throughout the organization, using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and processes, creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials.
