Position Overview
We are currently seeking a SAP Security Analyst to enhance our operations in the SAP Platform Services team. This role is essential for supporting the 'Materials, Warehouse, and Inventory Management' value stream within our SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for the end-to-end MM/WM/IM value stream in the SAP production setting.
- Collaborate closely with business users and subject matter experts to address tickets involving functional configuration and light technical analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of end-user tickets, adhering to established Service Levels and KPIs.
- Conduct standard monitoring activities and clarify issues with users to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage documentation related to changes in production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP, demonstrating a strong grasp of SAP processes, modules, and configurations for ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively, working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as well as work remotely with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading SAP role security, including role design and security configuration.
- Deep understanding of SAP access management and role design for large organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly.
