Warehouse Operator

Alstom is seeking a skilled Operador de Montacargas Reach to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.
Responsibilities:- Apply safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Update information systems and ERP transactions to manage inventory and logistics flows.
- Detect and report anomalies, and collaborate with management to resolve issues.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure the preservation of materials during handling, storage, and shipping.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and apply methodologies and processes as required.
- Inbound Flows: Perform goods receipt, store materials, and update ERP systems in real-time.
- Storage: Apply safe storage conditions, update ERP systems, and proceed with scrap after authorization.
- Inventory: Respect inventory counting rules, update ERP systems, and perform blind counts and stock reconciliations.
- Picking & Line Feeding: Prepare material for production lines, respect footprint, and perform picking and kitting activities.
- Packing & Shipping: Treat shipment requests, pack and ship materials, and create and treat logistics NCRs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift driving license (for forklift drivers only).
- Desirable: Knowledge of ERP SAP environment, basics of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a desire to perform well.
- Reliability, organization, and familiarity with IT environments.
