Job Summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial information, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, including billing and collections, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage financial information, including contracts and agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on financial-related activities.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including accounts receivable metrics, to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Verify subscriber information and update contracts as necessary.
  • Assist with accounting procedures and gather information as required.
  • Track global-wide expenses and transactions.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in collections or account receivables.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and project skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel.
  • Teamwork-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Capable of taking the initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients.
  • Able to meet deadlines and follow up on requested reports and information.
