The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate project financials. This individual will work closely with Project Managers to verify project cost data, assist in the review and processing of project expenditures, billings, and alignment with corporate policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up new projects, customers, and budgets in ERP systems.
- Create project schedules of values for progress billing.
- Prepare monthly client invoices, including pay applications, G702/703 documents, and lien waivers.
- Process and review bill payments for projects, contacting clients if payments are past due.
- Analyze project budget to actual data and ensure accuracy.
- Understand client contract terms and conditions.
- Perform quality control on estimating inputs in final contract drafts.
- Create draw schedules as needed.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, required project reporting, and company financial statements and schedules.
- Partner with operations teams to provide timely and accurate project forecasts.
- Facilitate monthly reviews of projects with management teams.
- Closely out projects in ERP systems.
- Manage contract and change order processes.
- Maintain job cost transactions to ensure accuracy of project financial data.
