Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quality control and continuous improvement for each location's experience, communication, and revenue.
  • Understand and translate local trends, needs, and unique local elements to inform concept development and programming.
  • Develop and implement cluster-level programming and support unit-level programming and communications.
  • Guide cluster-level content, partnerships, events, and P&L management.
  • Monitor programming effectiveness and satisfaction, and adjust the programming strategy as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships that can generate programming for all locations in the cluster.
  • Implement physical and digital guidelines in all locations of the cluster.
  • Activate influencer strategies, including influencer partnerships, residency programs, and ambassador initiatives.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies that align with brand standards.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and adjust the communication strategy as needed.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) metrics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own the guest experience, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Drive visitors and local community engagement, and impact SGB (Social, Governance, and Business) initiatives.
  • Activate and communicate concept through art-led initiatives.
  • Nail the basics, ensuring all design standards and product book are in place.
  • Own the right mood, including music, lighting, and other sensory experiences.
  • Onboard, train, guide, and update all locations' teams.
  • Represent and implement the latest brand standards in the cluster.
  • Align with and maintain strong relationships with the Head of Country and Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing teams or groups within large organizations.
  • Background or exposure to PR, Branding, or Marketing fields.
  • Experience within the hospitality or lifestyle products industry.
  • Experience with multi-project management.
  • Event production, retail, design, festivals, or other relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Strong time management, creativity, and cultural sensitivity skills.
  • Revenue and profit-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work and collaborate in a matrix environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Confident speaker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Culture, Tech, Commercial, and Ops teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
