Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement National Accounts Policies and Programs

The Strategic Accounts Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing national accounts policies and programs to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization. This role will interact with other Stryten Energy personnel to explore and share best practices throughout the organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and target accounts fitting the national account profile.
  • Develop strategies for a unified sales and service program.
  • Provide personal sales visits, resolve issues, and communicate information regarding assigned national accounts.
  • Ensure coverage of accounts through OEM and Regional Managers as well as internal support staff.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to National Accounts pricing and procedures guidelines.
  • Help tailor products and programs to the needs of national accounts.
  • Assist in controlling working capital, including overdue accounts receivables.
  • Operate within an acceptable sales-to-expense ratio.
  • Forecast and track sales activity for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of previous Major Accounts Selling experience.
  • Well-developed sales management skills.
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
