Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing processes to determine the need for automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical guidance to internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation of automation projects.
- Develop and maintain tools and methods to facilitate automation efforts and support continuous improvement of existing automation systems.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide site-specific automation needs and support the training of regional and site engineering resources.
- Minimum 5 years of automation experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in assembly processes.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry using tools such as MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
- PMP project management certification preferred.
