Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Partner with remote team members to track progress, success, and gaps in personal and project performance.
- Skills Development: Identify, align, and manage skills and development target goals for team members.
- Project Management: Assign technical resources to projects, implement effective engineering methods, and provide technical guidance and resources for engineers.
- Workload Management: Balance workloads and forecasts, manage team and individual expenses, and ensure awareness of cost impact of direct vs indirect labor.
- Technical Training: Ensure that engineers are technically trained to meet project requirements and provide effective coaching and technical guidance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of successful experience in a directly related field, demonstrating leadership capabilities in the current role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills and group facilitation.
- Technical Skills: PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites, other Dematic offices, or identified locations for meetings, training, and business needs.
