We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Expert to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a key member of our ServiceNow practice.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform and guiding the delivery of implementations by providing thought leadership and guidance to both clients and internal resources.
- Proven track record of participating in multiple ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Certifications in IT4IT, ITILv4, TOGAF, and SN Certifications: CSA, CAD, ITSM, plus two other discipline CIS-Certifications: ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC Certified System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal resources to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership on platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting.
- Develop solutions to business problems while ensuring that new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, user, and other perspectives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to facilitate communication between process owners and the C-Suite.
