**Mission Overview**

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and manage goods, ensuring compliance with orders and maintaining accurate inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the VLS in controlling product compliance with orders
  • Ensure the presence of a kitchen team member to control fresh and frozen food products
  • Refuse damaged or non-compliant products and notify issues on delivery notes
  • Enter receipts of goods into the supply tool within time limits
  • Report irregularities or errors found in product catalogs or supplier databases

**Stock Management**

You will contribute to the reliability of IT stocks through the rigorous use of IT systems for all stock movements. Your tasks will include:

  • Contribute to the organization of reserves to ensure employee safety and product conservation
  • Optimize storage space to facilitate daily work
  • Secure access to goods, including sensitive or dangerous products
  • Inform your hierarchy of stock risks and discrepancies

**Supply Services**

You will prepare and make available products according to requests for outings made by the RDS. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing product returns
  • Validating and signing exit vouchers
  • Assisting the VLS in training and supporting Service Managers

**Quality, Health, and Safety**

You will ensure hygiene and cleanliness in your line of work, respecting rules and business standards. Your tasks will include:

  • Contributing to the proper management of department waste
  • Contributing to the proper management of hazardous products

**Management**

You will accompany and motivate your team through daily activities, managing by proximity and enforcing compliance with time schedules. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing and assigning tasks fairly
  • Maintaining excellent collaborative relationships with the RDS

**KPIs**

Your performance will be measured by:

  • RDS satisfaction level
  • Compliance with procedures
  • Application of safety rules
  • Reliability of stocks and quality of inventories

**Career Opportunities**

We offer a seasonal fixed-term contract from 3 to 8 months, with a competitive salary and healthcare package. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, or Canada.
