About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing and big data technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to customers through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Leverage your customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, highly complex customer problems.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies in groundbreaking technologies.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
