Job Summary
As an Import Export Specialist at Hl Mando Corporation Mexico, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of import and export procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate documentation to Custom Brokers, track and trace shipments, and maintain effective communication with internal customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating import record keeping to comply with customs law and supporting internal projects for logistics. If you have a strong background in international trade, customs, and compliance, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide correct documentation to Custom Brokers for export procedures and clearance
• Track and trace shipments and notify customers as needed
• Ensure accurate information is declared in pedimento to mitigate compliance risks
• Maintain perfect communication with internal customers
• Integrate import record keeping to comply with customs law
• Support internal projects for logistics
Qualifications
• Professional degree in International or Foreign Trade, or Management
• At least four years of experience in Import/Export or Customs matters
• Experience in basic concepts of Compliance
• Fluent in English (90%); experience working in a Customs brokerage environment strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• SAP experience desired
